Task No. 90 of 282
Presentation Position
Take the position used to offer your body, clothing, or service for your Dom's attention.
What it is
A Presentation Position is the posture the sub takes to offer their body, clothing, an item, or completed service for their Dom’s attention. The sub may stand, kneel, open their posture, hold something out, or use agreed words while presenting. The purpose is to make the offering clear and wait for the Dom to decide what happens next.
Why it is submissive
The sub arranges themselves or their offering according to the Dom’s preference and becomes available for the Dom’s attention or use. They do not decide how the Dom should respond. The Dom may look, touch, accept, reject, reposition, praise, or give another instruction.
Why people may like it
Presentation can make the sub feel deliberately seen rather than simply visible. Offering the body, an outfit, or a completed service may feel vulnerable, proud, erotic, or devotional. The wait for the Dom’s response adds anticipation because the sub has offered something without knowing how it will be received. Doms may enjoy the visual care of the presentation and the freedom to decide what the offering becomes.
Ways to run it
- Standing Presentation
- The sub stands in an agreed open posture and waits for the Dom to approach, view, or direct them.
- Kneeling Presentation
- The sub presents from their knees with hands, legs, back, and gaze placed according to the chosen form.
- Body Presentation
- The sub offers an agreed area of the body for viewing, touch, use, or further instruction.
- Outfit Presentation
- The sub displays assigned clothing, lingerie, fetish wear, or grooming for the Dom’s attention.
- Service Presentation
- The sub presents an item or completed service in a formal posture and waits for the Dom to receive it.
How this task works
Presentation Position is a scene task from the protocol & positions chart. This is an in-person task — it needs you and your Dom in the same room. It's a kink task — charged with power exchange, though not explicit.
Beginner-friendly: a good early assignment in a new dynamic. Standard care applies: negotiate first, agree on limits, and check in afterward.
