From the Dom/sub contract
1. Purpose
The submissive gives the Dominant authority over the agreed parts of their life. The Dominant accepts that authority and the responsibility to exercise it well.
The Dominant gives the submissive something real to follow: clear orders, consistent standards, attention, correction, and care. The submissive gives the Dominant obedience, honesty, and effort. The Dominant directs sex and play between them, and sets rules and rituals that carry through ordinary days.
Rules and rituals
- Use the Dominant’s title. At home and in private, the submissive addresses the Dominant as Sir.
- Acknowledge every order. The submissive answers a direct order with “Yes, Sir,” so the Dominant knows it was heard and understood.
- Morning check-in. Each morning, the submissive greets the Dominant, says how they are feeling, and names their main responsibilities for the day. If they are apart, the submissive does this by message.
- Evening report. Before bed, the submissive reports what was done, what was not, any rules that were broken, and anything that needs the Dominant’s attention.
- Complete assigned tasks. Tasks are completed by the stated deadline. Obstacles are reported early rather than hidden until the task is already overdue.

Questions
- Is a BDSM contract legally binding?
- No. A BDSM contract is a personal relationship agreement, not a legal document. It records the structure two people have chosen and does not create legal obligations, legal ownership, or any limit on either person’s ability to withdraw consent.
- Can either person end the agreement?
- Yes, at any time. Every contract here says so in its opening line and again in its ending section, and those parts cannot be removed in the builder. Safewording, withdrawing consent, and ending the dynamic are never punished.
- Is what I type private?
- Yes. Names, limits, health information, and anything you write stay in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, and there is no account. Analytics only count clicks and downloads, never text.
- Can I edit the contract?
- Yes. Customize opens a builder that starts from the full contract. Keep, edit, or remove any term, add ideas from the libraries, or write your own.
- What formats can I download?
