The app keeps your agreements. It doesn't make them.
Every rule, habit, reward, and punishment in Collared is something you set up yourselves. The app doesn't decide anything and doesn't take sides. It holds what you agreed to and shows whether it's being kept.
You choose your partner. No one can find you.
Collared is not a dating app. There are no profiles to browse and no matching. You connect with your partner directly, and no other user can see you, contact you, or find your content.
Private by design
Your habits, tasks, messages, and photos are visible to you and the partners you connect with—no one else. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it. No advertisers, no data brokers. Your data isn't part of our business model.
You can leave at any time
Delete your account from inside the app whenever you want. Your habits, messages, photos, and partner connections are removed. How it works is documented here.

Collared is for adults (18+) in consensual relationships. That is a condition of using it, not a suggestion.
A note before you add structure
An app can hold your rules. It can't negotiate them. Talk about limits, safewords, and what happens when something isn't working before you write anything down. If you're new to D/s, start with a conversation, not a checklist.
