Punishment No. 79 of 204
Wall Sit
Hold a chairless seated position against a wall until the Dominant ends the punishment.
Extra care required. This punishment carries more risk than standard play. Make sure both people understand the specific activity, agree on limits and intensity beforehand, and have a clear way to stop.
What it is
A wall sit is a static leg-endurance punishment performed with the back against a wall and the body lowered as though sitting on an invisible chair. The legs support the body while the wall stabilizes the back. The Dominant chooses an appropriate depth and the sub holds that position until the assigned period ends. It differs from a squat hold because the back remains against the wall rather than balancing freely over the feet.
What makes it punishing
The posture looks like sitting but offers none of a chair’s support. The thighs stay under constant load, and the burning or shaking can build while the sub is required to remain almost motionless. Standing up would provide immediate relief, which makes having to wait for the Dominant’s endpoint psychologically important as well as physically demanding.
Why Dominants Choose It
A wall sit makes time do most of the work. Once the Dominant sets the position, the punishment becomes harder without needing extra impact or equipment. The wall also gives the Dom an easy visual reference for posture, making it obvious when the sub begins to rise, slide, or lose form. That can make the correction feel clean, stern, and measurable.
Ways to run it
- Standard Wall Sit
- The sub holds the agreed seated height with the back flat against the wall for one continuous period.
- Higher Wall Sit
- A shallower seated angle creates a less demanding version while preserving the same wall-supported endurance structure.
- Arms Crossed
- The sub keeps both arms crossed over the chest so the hands cannot help support the legs.
- Arms Forward
- The arms remain extended in front while the wall sit is held, adding a visible posture requirement.
- Wall-Sit Rounds
- The punishment uses several shorter wall-sit holds with defined rest periods instead of one continuous hold.
How this punishment works
Wall Sit is from the positions & physical endurance category. This is an in-person punishment — it needs you and your Dom in the same room. It's a nonsexual punishment: structure and consequence, no sexual content required.
Intermediate: best once you've built trust, protocol, and a track record together.
