What it is
Stocks are rigid restraint devices with fixed openings that hold selected parts of the body in place. BDSM versions may secure the head and wrists, the wrists and ankles, or only the feet. Stocks are closely related to pillories and stockades and deliberately borrow the visual language of historical punishment.
