What it is
Dom Controls Your Free Time requires the submissive to follow a discretionary-time schedule arranged by the Dominant for a defined period. The Dom may decide when leisure begins, which activity comes first, when the sub switches activities, or how much unscheduled time remains. Unlike Ask Before Free-Time Activities, the sub is not proposing each choice for approval. The Dominant sets the free-time schedule itself.
What makes it punishing
Unstructured time usually carries the freedom to follow whatever feels appealing next. This punishment removes that freedom. The sub may want to keep watching something, change activities, or simply do nothing and still have to follow the planned sequence instead.
