What it is

Dom Picks Your Meal requires the submissive to eat a meal or menu option chosen by the Dominant from suitable agreed choices. The punishment can apply to one meal or several defined meals. The sub still receives adequate food, but they do not choose what they would prefer to order or prepare. It is not dieting or food deprivation. The defining feature is loss of preference over the meal itself.

What makes it punishing

Food preference is immediate and personal. The sub may know exactly what they want and still have to eat the option chosen for them instead. The consequence lasts through the meal because every bite reflects a choice they did not get to make. For someone particular about food, that small loss of preference can feel surprisingly intrusive.

Why Dominants Choose It

Meal choice lets the Dominant take over a decision that normally belongs completely to the submissive. There is a simple satisfaction in deciding what the sub will receive and having that decision accepted without negotiation. It can also make punishment feel woven into ordinary life.
