Clean items remain separate from anything used during the scene, and release or safety tools stay immediately reachable. The display organizes access and presentation; it does not promise that every visible item will be used.

The sub prepares the Dom’s tools for convenient control and follows the preferred order or presentation. Once the display is complete, the Dom decides what to reach for, skip, or change. The sub’s role is to make those choices easier without treating the arrangement as authority over how the scene must unfold.
