Create or adopt a character, creature, or elaborate persona and remain in role for the agreed scene.
What it is
The sub creates or adopts an adult fictional character, creature, archetype, or original persona and remains in role for the agreed scene. The pair defines the character’s personality, powers, weaknesses, costume, speech, relationship to the Dom’s character, and scene objective. The persona might be a vampire, android, villain, monarch, servant, alien, magical creature, or an entirely original creation. A pause cue lets the participants clarify the story without ending it, while a separate safeword stops the scene.
Why it is submissive
The character’s motives, obligations, vulnerabilities, or bond to the Dom’s persona create the form of submission. The sub agrees to keep responding from inside that identity rather than returning to everyday behavior whenever the scene becomes challenging. The Dom controls the story’s pressure and direction within the plot both people approved.
Why people may like it
An elaborate character can make power exchange feel larger than ordinary life. Some subs enjoy costume, accents, supernatural rules, world-building, or the freedom to behave in ways that would feel unnatural as themselves. A fictional weakness or oath can give submission a convincing reason inside the story. Doms may enjoy creating the world and testing how faithfully the sub maintains the persona.
