Present for an erotic medical examination or procedure within the scene's negotiated scope.
What it is
The patient presents for a clinical-style examination or harmless simulated procedure performed by the Dom in a medical role. The scene may include an intake form, medical clothing, gloves, a stethoscope, posture checks, temperature-taking, questions, or an examination table. Every body area, instrument, restraint, and degree of exposure is agreed beforehand. Medical atmosphere does not turn an untrained person into a clinician or make invasive procedures safe to improvise.
Why it is submissive
The patient follows instructions about where to sit or lie, what to expose, how to move, and when to answer questions. The clinician controls the order and focus of the examination while the patient remains available for detailed scrutiny. That clinical authority ends immediately outside the negotiated scene.
Why people may like it
Medical roleplay can make the body feel observed with unusual formality and precision. Some patients enjoy the embarrassment of an intake interview, the vulnerability of gloves and clinical language, or the uncertainty of which approved examination comes next. The clean procedural setting may feel colder and more authoritative than an ordinary inspection. Doms may enjoy directing the patient through a carefully ordered assessment.
