Kneel While Restrained
Hold the agreed kneeling position with your wrists restrained for the assigned period.
What it is
This task combines a kneeling posture with restraint of the wrists or arms. The sub holds the agreed kneel for a defined period while the Dom controls the placement of the hands and the point of release. Padding, support, and an adapted posture may be needed so the body can remain stable. The assignment is not a test of enduring numbness, joint pain, or loss of balance without speaking.
Why it is submissive
With both posture and arm movement restricted, the sub cannot casually reposition themselves or use their hands as they normally would. They remain in the chosen kneel until released while continuing to report any physical problem that changes the safety of the restraint. The Dom controls the form and duration but is also responsible for responding to those reports.
Why people may like it
Being restrained while already kneeling can make the posture feel more complete and less self-directed. Some subs enjoy the strong visual message of being below the Dom with their hands unavailable, while others like the challenge of staying composed without adjusting freely.
