What it is
Keep a Punishment Journal requires the submissive to write repeated entries during a defined period of correction. The journal stays focused on the breach and the sub’s progress under the consequence. It may also cover their reactions to the punishment. Entries might be daily, tied to check-ins, or prompted by the Dominant. Unlike a single reflection essay, the journal makes the submissive return to the subject more than once before the consequence is finished.
