What it is
No TV or Streaming temporarily removes recreational viewing from the submissive's free time. Shows, movies, and streaming services that would normally be available are off-limits until the punishment ends. The rule can cover all viewing or only selected services. Unlike broader device restrictions, the sub may still use a phone, computer, or television for other permitted purposes. What disappears is the entertainment itself.
What makes it punishing
The sub loses an easy form of relaxation they would normally reach for without thinking. The punishment can be felt most strongly at the exact moment they want to unwind with a show or movie and have to remember that option is unavailable. That repeated disappointment gives a simple restriction more weight than its surface severity suggests.
