What it is
No Music temporarily removes the submissive's ability to listen to music for pleasure. The restriction can cover personal playlists, headphones, favorite artists, or all optional listening during the agreed period. Necessary audio and unrelated forms of sound can remain available. Unlike sound restriction, the sub is not deprived of hearing. They simply lose the music they would normally choose to accompany work, travel, chores, or relaxation.
What makes it punishing
Music often shapes mood and makes repetitive parts of the day easier. Without it, familiar routines can feel noticeably flatter.
