The pair chooses the activity, position, pace, breaks, and endpoint before beginning. The sub may pause or stop for gagging, jaw pain, cramps, numbness, nausea, choking, or difficulty breathing; endurance does not require suppressing those signals. The Dom controls the structure while keeping the task physically workable.
