Task No. 44 of 282
Hold a Service Position
Remain in the position your Dom chooses while providing or receiving the agreed sexual service.
What it is
The Dom chooses the position the sub must hold while giving or receiving an already-negotiated sexual service. That position may be kneeling, lying down, standing, bent over, seated, or arranged with the hands and gaze in a specific place. The task continues only while the posture remains physically workable and communication stays clear. Unlike a general position hold, the body is being arranged for a specific sexual purpose.
Why it is submissive
Control of the posture gives the Dom authority over how the body is presented and used during the encounter. The sub does not freely change angle, position, or hand placement simply because another arrangement would feel easier or more natural. The Dom decides the form and releases or corrects it when needed.
Why people may like it
A controlled position can make the same sexual activity feel much more distinctly submissive. Some subs enjoy being arranged for access, staying visibly available, or feeling the Dom determine the angle and presentation. The posture may add challenge, exposure, formality, or a sense of being placed exactly where the Dom wants them. Doms may enjoy seeing the service carried out through a body they have deliberately positioned.
Ways to run it
- Kneeling Service Position
- The sub maintains an agreed kneeling or adapted posture during the sexual service.
- Bent-Over Position
- The sub remains supported and bent over while the agreed sexual activity occurs.
- Hands-Placed Protocol
- The Dom chooses where the sub’s hands remain throughout the service.
- Mirrored Position
- A mirror lets the sub see the posture the Dom has chosen before attention returns to the Dom.
- Position Changes on Command
- The Dom moves the sub through several approved positions using clear verbal cues.
How this task works
Hold a Service Position is a scene task from the sexual service chart. This is an in-person task — it needs you and your Dom in the same room. It's an explicit task, for adults in a negotiated sexual dynamic.
Intermediate: best once you've built trust, protocol, and a track record together. Standard care applies: negotiate first, agree on limits, and check in afterward.
