What it is
The Dom chooses clothing because it feels embarrassing, ridiculous, revealing, mismatched, overly formal, infantilizing, or otherwise degrading to the sub. The exact outfit, body coverage, identity themes, setting, audience, photographs, and end time should be agreed before it is worn. Private home wear and a consenting kink venue are different from exposing unaware members of the public to overt sexual roleplay.
