What it is

Perform a Dance requires the submissive to complete a defined dance performance because of a breach. The movement may be freestyle or follow a simple routine, and the Dominant may choose the music. The point is not athletic skill. It is the obligation to make the body conspicuous and keep performing for the agreed duration. The audience should be limited to the Dominant or other adults who knowingly agreed to be part of the scene.

What makes it punishing

Someone who feels awkward dancing cannot disappear into a private task. Their movement is the task, and the Dominant is watching it happen. Self-consciousness can build quickly when the sub has to keep moving through a song or routine after the first urge to stop and hide.

Why Dominants Choose It

A dance punishment makes embarrassment visible immediately. The Dominant can set the song or routine, then watch the submissive work through the discomfort without needing physical force. It is also difficult to fake with minimal effort. Hesitation and commitment are easy to see, and completion is obvious when the performance ends.

Simple Routine: Learn a short, physically suitable routine and perform it from beginning to end.

Recorded Dance: Record the complete dance and submit it to the Dominant when the partners are apart.
