What it is
Repeat a Humiliating Self-Description makes the submissive say degrading language about themself in the first person. The Dominant may give the line and have the sub repeat it back, or assign a short statement to recite several times. Unlike ordinary name-calling, the sub has to voice the humiliating idea personally. The wording and limits should be agreed before the punishment, especially because self-directed degradation can land much harder than teasing from someone else.
What makes it punishing
The sub cannot stay passive while the Dominant supplies the humiliation. They have to say the embarrassing words with their own voice and hear them come back out loud.
