This is a personal agreement between consenting adults. It records the ownership and service they have chosen together. Either person may withdraw consent or end the dynamic at any time.

The slave gives themselves to the Master. Their obedience, service, and body belong to the Master within the terms of this agreement. The Master accepts their ownership and the duty to lead and care for the person who has chosen to belong to them.

Ownership is part of daily life. The Master sets standing orders, gives individual directions, and decides how the slave serves. The slave follows those directions as duties, learns the Master’s standards, and looks for ways to serve without waiting for every order.

The collar makes this choice visible to them both. It reminds the slave whom they serve and reminds the Master of the responsibility they have accepted. Ownership lasts only while both choose to continue it.

The Master agrees to:

1. Lead every day. Give direction and take an active part in the dynamic. Do not leave the slave to guess what service or obedience should look like.
2. Give clear orders. Explain the expected result, standard, and deadline when they matter.
3. Keep standards consistent. Give the slave a chance to learn a standing order before holding them to it. Tell them when an expectation changes.
4. Pay attention. Notice the slave’s physical condition, emotional state, and ability to serve.
5. Inspect and respond. Make time to review completed service and reports. Tell the slave what was done well and what needs to be done again.
6. Correct fairly. Find out what happened before assigning a punishment. Do not treat confusion, illness, or an impossible task as deliberate disobedience.
7. Use discipline with purpose. Choose from the agreed punishments and remain within the limits of this agreement.
8. Recognize good service. Notice loyalty, improvement, skill, and difficult effort. Let the slave know when they have pleased the Master.
9. Keep promises. Follow through on the Master’s promises, appointments, rituals, and responsibilities.
10. Review the dynamic. Take part in the monthly review and reconsider orders that no longer serve the relationship.

The slave agrees to:

1. Obey the Master. Follow orders within the authority granted by this agreement.
2. Keep standing orders. Treat them as continuing duties until the Master changes or removes them.
3. Learn the Master’s preferences. Remember what the Master has taught them and apply it without needing the same instruction each time.
4. Serve to the Master’s standard. Complete assigned work carefully and present it for inspection when asked.
5. Report failures. Tell the Master when an order was broken, a task will be late, or service cannot be completed. Do not hide a failure and wait to be caught.
6. Ask when unclear. Seek clarification rather than quietly replacing an order with a preferred interpretation.
7. Receive correction. Listen, serve an agreed punishment when assigned, and make a sincere effort to improve.
8. Care for the collar. Maintain the collar and other agreed symbols of ownership with care.
9. Protect their privacy. Keep the Master’s private information and the details of the dynamic private, subject to section 12.
10. Speak plainly when it matters. Raise a limit, health concern, or serious problem even when doing so feels difficult.

The Master directs the slave’s obedience, service, presentation, and body. Within those areas, the Master may:

• issue standing orders and assign individual tasks
• decide how service is done and inspect the result
• establish rituals and forms of address
• direct the slave’s dress and grooming
• require reports and check-ins
• grant or remove privileges
• direct sex and play, including when the slave may orgasm
• correct failures and assign a punishment listed in this agreement

This authority does not begin and end with a scene. It applies every day, including when the Master and slave are apart, within the areas this agreement covers.

The slave retains authority over their job, medical care, the money they need to live on, and relationships outside the dynamic. They may seek outside help at any time. Neither obedience nor silence gives the Master authority over a new area. Both must agree before one is added.

The collar is the sign of the slave’s belonging to the Master. Wearing it is a daily act of recognition, not just part of a scene.

1. Wear a sign of ownership. The slave wears the collar or another symbol the Master chooses.
2. Wear it every day. The slave wears the collar at home and away. At work or in public, a discreet day collar may take its place.
3. Ask before removing it. The slave removes the collar only with the Master’s permission, except when medical care, a security check, or safety requires it. In that case, the slave tells the Master afterward.

Both the Master and the slave have limits. A hard limit is something that will not happen. A soft limit is approached only after discussion and with particular care. A new limit takes effect as soon as it is communicated.

The safewords are:

Yellow: Slow down, pause, or check in before continuing.

Red: Stop immediately.

If speaking is difficult or impossible, dropping an object held in the hand is the nonverbal stop signal.

A clear statement such as “stop,” “I can’t continue,” or “I withdraw consent” also counts. Nobody has to remember the perfect word in order to stop.

The slave follows these standing orders. The Master may suspend an order; a lasting change to this list requires both partners’ agreement.

1. Use the Master’s title. At home and in private, address the Master as Master.
2. Acknowledge an order. Answer a direct order with “Yes, Master,” so the Master knows it was heard and understood.
3. Greet the Master. When the Master comes home, stop what the slave is doing and greet the Master in the way the Master has set.
4. Check in each morning. Greet the Master, say how the slave is feeling, and name their main responsibilities for the day. When apart, send the check-in by message.
5. Report each evening. Before bed, tell the Master what was completed, what remains undone, which rules were broken, and what needs the Master’s attention.
6. Ask before making shared plans. Ask the Master before making plans that affect their time together or interfere with the slave’s duties.
7. Ask before orgasm. The slave asks the Master’s permission before every orgasm, whether they are together or the slave is alone.
8. Dress and groom to the Master’s standard. Follow the standards the Master sets for presentation and ask when unsure.
9. Keep protocol discreet around others. At work, in public, and around family or friends outside the dynamic, do not use the Master’s title or perform visible rituals unless the Master has said otherwise.
10. Complete assigned tasks. Meet the deadline the Master sets. Report an obstacle as soon as it may prevent completion.
11. Keep a slave journal. Write at least three sentences each day about service, obedience, difficulties, desires, training, or progress. The Master reads it regularly and responds during the weekly review.
12. Attend a weekly review. Come prepared to discuss service, obedience, difficulties, progress, and anything the Master needs to know.

Service is how the slave makes their belonging felt in ordinary life. The slave learns what the Master wants, does the work to the Master’s standard, and notices what would be useful before being asked. Effort matters, but the result must serve the Master.

1. Serve as directed. The Master decides what service includes and how each task should be done. The slave remembers the standards the Master has set.
2. Care for the Master each day. On days they are together, the slave does something for the Master’s comfort, such as preparing a drink or meal or laying out clothes, according to the Master’s preferences.
3. Take initiative. Notice opportunities to be useful without waiting for an order, such as preparing something the Master will need or offering attention the Master enjoys.
4. Serve sexually. The slave’s body belongs to the Master within the limits of this agreement. When the Master wants sexual service, the slave makes themselves available. The Master decides when, where, and how. The slave learns what pleases the Master and offers it willingly.

When the slave breaks a standing order or fails in service, the Master names the failure and hears the slave out before deciding on a punishment. The Master does not punish in anger. Once the punishment is served, the matter is closed.

The Master may assign one of these punishments:

1. Writing lines. The slave copies a correction phrase chosen by the Master between 50 and 200 times.
2. Reflection essay. The slave writes approximately 500 words about the failure, why the order mattered, and what will change next time.
3. Corner time. The slave stands quietly in a designated place for 15 to 30 minutes.
4. Loss of privilege. The Master removes an agreed leisure or D/s privilege for up to 72 hours.
5. Extra service. The slave completes one additional reasonable service task chosen by the Master.
6. Punishment spanking. The slave receives a spanking from the Master within the physical limits they have agreed.
7. Extended orgasm denial. The slave goes without orgasm for a longer period set by the Master.
8. Redo the service. The slave repeats incomplete or careless work from the beginning to the expected standard.

Safewording, withdrawing consent, seeking medical care, raising a boundary, or ending the dynamic is never punished.

The Master tells the slave what pleased them when giving a reward. Loyalty, skilled service, improvement, and meaningful obedience deserve to be seen.

1. Specific praise. The Master tells the slave exactly what was done well and why it mattered.
2. Permission to orgasm. The Master permits an orgasm outside the usual rules or sooner than planned.
3. Choose the evening. The slave chooses how they spend an evening together, such as a film, a meal out, or a scene.
4. A favorite scene. The Master plans a scene the slave especially enjoys within the limits of this agreement.
5. A relaxed-protocol day. The Master lifts selected standing orders, such as the morning check-in or slave journal, for one day.
6. An hour with the Master. The Master sets aside an uninterrupted hour for affection and conversation, with phones put away.
7. A charm for the collar. The Master adds a charm or tag to the slave’s collar to mark an achievement or milestone.
8. A punishment forgiven. The Master cancels or shortens a punishment already assigned.

After an intense scene or punishment, the Master and slave take time to return to ordinary life and attend to what each needs.

The slave has water, food, warmth, and care for any marks. They tell the Master whether they want closeness or quiet. The Master may need food, time alone, or the slave nearby, and says so.

Within 24 hours, they discuss how the scene or punishment felt physically and emotionally. If something needs to change, they say it rather than waiting for the next monthly review.

Neither partner tells others about the dynamic or the other’s kinks without permission. Intimate photos, videos, and screenshots are taken only when both agree and are not shared without a separate agreement to share them.

Privacy does not prevent either partner from speaking privately with a doctor, therapist, lawyer, or trusted friend when they need help.

Reviewing the agreement. This agreement is reviewed monthly during its first 6 months. At each review, the Master and slave discuss which standing orders are working, which have been neglected, what each person wants more or less of, and whether the scope of the Master’s authority still fits. They change what needs changing.

Making changes. Between reviews, the Master may change tasks and daily instructions within the agreed authority. Changes to the written terms of this agreement require the slave’s agreement. The slave may request changes at any time.

The end of the term. At the end of 6 months, the Master and slave renew the agreement, rewrite it, or let it end.

Either person may end the Master/slave dynamic at any time by clearly saying so. They do not need permission, a reason the other person accepts, or a release ritual.

When the dynamic ends, the Master’s authority ends with it. Standing orders, service obligations, and unfinished punishments end. Neither partner assigns a punishment for ending the dynamic, and the slave may stop using the Master’s title immediately.

The slave returns the collar and any day collar to the Master unless they agree otherwise. Each person’s other belongings remain their own, and they decide how to return anything in the other’s possession. Both continue to protect private information. If they want a release ritual, they may choose one together, but the agreement has already ended whether or not they do.

Any romantic, sexual, or personal relationship that continues afterward is a separate choice.
