What it is
A Daily Submission Intention is one specific way the sub chooses—or is assigned—to express submission during the day. The intention must name an observable act, decision, or behavior, such as asking permission for something, practicing a protocol, or completing a deliberate act of service. The sub later reports what they chose and whether they followed through.
Why it is submissive
The task asks the sub to carry their role into an ordinary day through a concrete commitment rather than a vague promise to ‘be more submissive.’ Their chosen act is made visible to the Dom and can be acknowledged or reviewed afterward. When the Dom selects the intention, the task also becomes a small daily instruction.
Why people may like it
This can appeal to subs who experience submission as something they want to practice consciously, not only something that appears during scenes or direct commands. Choosing one manageable expression keeps the role present without filling the day with rules.
