Stand, sit, walk, or kneel as instructed while your Dom evaluates your posture and corrects it.
What it is
The focus here is not the sub’s grooming or body itself, but how they hold and move it. The Dom watches the sub stand, sit, walk, kneel, or move between positions and points out details such as shoulders, back, hands, pace, gaze, and stillness. The sub repeats the movement or posture with the correction applied. The standard should be adjusted to the sub’s body rather than treating pain or instability as poor posture.
Why it is submissive
The sub lets the Dom define how their body should be carried during the agreed task and makes visible changes in response to the Dom’s eye. They practice instead of defending their habitual posture or rushing through correction. The Dom observes, directs, and decides when the improvement is sufficient.
Why people may like it
Changing the way the body is held can make submission visible before a word is spoken. Some subs enjoy the concentration required to stand or move differently, the feeling of being watched, or the pride of becoming smoother and more controlled over time. Corrections can also help the sub enter a role by changing how they occupy space. Doms may enjoy shaping those details and seeing the sub immediately respond with their body.

- The sub holds an agreed kneel while the Dom corrects alignment, hand placement, and composure.
- Transition Review
- The Dom watches the sub move between standing, sitting, kneeling, and waiting positions without rushing.
How this task works
Posture Inspection is a training from the appearance, dress & inspection chart. This is an in-person task — it needs you and your Dom in the same room. It's a kink task — charged with power exchange, though not explicit.
Beginner-friendly: a good early assignment in a new dynamic. Standard care applies: negotiate first, agree on limits, and check in afterward.
