Present your body in the agreed position while your Dom examines, comments on, or approves it within negotiated limits.
What it is
The sub presents their body in a position chosen for inspection and holds still while the Dom looks them over. Partners decide beforehand whether the sub is clothed, partly dressed, or nude; which areas may be viewed or touched; what kind of comments are welcome; and how long the inspection lasts. The Dom may ask the sub to turn, change position, or display a particular area. Focused examination is essential, but humiliation and criticism are optional, separate choices.
Why it is submissive
The sub makes their body deliberately available for the Dom’s attention and follows instructions about how it should be presented. They accept being looked at slowly and closely without controlling where the Dom’s gaze goes within the agreed scope. The Dom decides what to examine, when to reposition the sub, and when the inspection is finished.
Why people may like it
Being looked over slowly can feel intensely exposing even when no one else is present. Some subs enjoy being seen in detail, holding still under the Dom’s gaze, or experiencing their body as something deliberately presented for approval and use. Others feel pride, erotic vulnerability, or consensual objectification. Doms may enjoy taking their time, noticing the sub’s reactions, and having permission to look without the usual social pressure to glance away.
Ways to run it
- Clothed Inspection
- The Dom examines the sub’s shape, clothing, stance, and presentation without requiring nudity.
- Nude Inspection
- The sub presents naked in the agreed position while the Dom performs a slow visual examination.
- One-Area Inspection
- The Dom focuses only on a specific agreed area rather than examining the entire body.
- Turn and Present
- The sub follows a sequence of turns and positions so the Dom can view the body from several angles.
- Remote Photo Inspection
- The sub sends agreed photos in the requested positions and waits for the Dom’s response.
How this task works
Body Inspection is a scene task from the appearance, dress & inspection chart. This is an in-person task — it needs you and your Dom in the same room. It's an explicit task, for adults in a negotiated sexual dynamic.
Beginner-friendly: a good early assignment in a new dynamic. Standard care applies: negotiate first, agree on limits, and check in afterward.
