What it is
Sort Mixed Objects requires the submissive to take a jumbled collection and separate it into categories chosen by the Dominant. The rule might be color, size, type, or another clear feature. Every object has to end up in the correct group before the task is complete. Unlike counting, the goal is classification rather than finding a numerical total. Unlike an ordinary organizing chore, the work need not serve a useful household purpose.
What makes it punishing
A mixed pile creates dozens or hundreds of tiny decisions that all demand the same kind of attention.
