Punishment No. 102 of 204
No Intercourse
Lose access to an agreed form of intercourse for a defined period as a sexual consequence.
What it is
No Intercourse temporarily places one agreed form of partnered sex off-limits. The restriction may cover vaginal, anal, or another specifically named form of penetration while leaving other sexual contact available. This makes it narrower than No Kink Play and different from Orgasm Denial, which focuses on climax rather than the act itself. The punishment works by removing access to a partnered experience the submissive values without necessarily removing all intimacy.
What makes it punishing
The sub may still be close to the Dominant, become aroused, or receive other forms of attention while knowing that one desired act is unavailable. That can make the absence feel more pointed than a complete lack of sexual contact. The frustration comes from having a familiar form of intimacy deliberately placed beyond reach for the punishment period.
Why Dominants Choose It
A specific intercourse restriction lets the Dominant make the consequence selective. They can continue affection or other sexual contact while keeping one strongly desired act unavailable. That precision can be appealing because the punishment does not have to turn the whole sexual relationship into withdrawal. The Dom remains engaged while making it unmistakable that access to this particular pleasure is currently theirs to grant or withhold.
Ways to run it
- No Penetrative Sex
- All agreed forms of penetration are temporarily unavailable while other kinds of sexual contact may continue.
- One Act Off-Limits
- Only one specifically named form of intercourse is withheld, keeping the punishment tightly focused.
- Fixed-Date Ban
- The restriction remains in place until a stated date rather than ending during the same scene.
- Permission Restored Later
- The punishment ends only when the Dominant explicitly returns permission after the agreed minimum period.
- Other Pleasure Allowed
- The couple continues other sexual activity while the prohibited form of intercourse remains unavailable.
How this punishment works
No Intercourse is from the sexual denial & frustration category. It works in person or apart, so long-distance dynamics can run it too. It's an explicit punishment, for adults in a negotiated sexual dynamic.
Beginner-friendly: a possible early consequence in a new dynamic.
