Take an intentionally cold shower as a defined physical consequence assigned by the Dominant.

What it is
A cold-shower punishment requires the submissive to stand under deliberately cold water for the agreed form of the consequence. It may be given as a fully cold shower, a cold finishing rinse, or an assignment completed while the partners are apart. Unlike localized cold play, the shower affects much more of the body at once. Its disciplinary character comes from being required rather than chosen as an ordinary bathing preference.
What makes it punishing
The hardest moment may be stepping into the water knowing exactly how unpleasant it will feel. Once under it, the sub cannot get relief without ending the assigned consequence early.
