What it is
A ball press, sometimes called a ball crusher, is a device that places the testicles under direct compression. Designs may use opposing plates, an enclosed chamber, or another screw-controlled mechanism that reduces the available space around the testicles. Unlike ball stretching, the pressure moves inward rather than downward. The device remains under the Dominant’s control until the punishment is released.

The sub is forced to remain aware of concentrated pressure on one of the body’s most vulnerable areas.
